Pydev is Eclipse plugin to integrate Python to IDE, can download from here:

Somehow I cannot see Pydev in eclipse language list, found issue is on mismatched Java SDK, I installed JDK 1.7 64 bits but Eclipse 4.3 used 32bits, however everything in Eclipse is in Java including plugin.
After installed 64 bits Eclipse, Pydev working fine now.
