Updating wordpress post to twitter is quite easy, there are so many share plugins can do this, I used Sharedaddy which installed in WP 3.0.1.
The tough thing is to update wp post to facebook fan page since all current share plugins is only to update with facebook user profile, not fan page, this is trick here.
You can use Selective Tweet App for Facebook, to link your Facebook Fan Page to your Twitter Page.
As soon as you share wordpress post to twitter end by #fb, then your facebook fan page will be updated as well.
